The solid contribuitor

One who contributes, delivers, get's the job done, is called a solid contributor.
And I couldn't agree more with that.
Of course, as any business, there are "happy hours" when the contribution is more solid. Those periods are, i would say mostly in the morning (preferably after a coffee) and after lunch.That's when you can feel them contributing (solid). It's not a matter of "seeing is believing", but more of olfactory senses.
And they contribute, and contribute........SOLID.
The one who contributes the most (solid) it's called an above average contribuitor( solid of course). That's a keeper!
I guess it's like : deliver it solidly and you are the man(woman)!
